"Donnie Fowler told associates he was leaving over widespread concerns that supporters who used the Internet to draft Clark into the race are not being taken seriously by top campaign advisers.

Clark is smart to get rid of this guy. Donnie thinks the "internet" support is real? Sheesh. The Clark campaign was designed in Little Rock, with Clintons and Soros in the background.

I dunno. Donnie may have been right - Clark's core constituency came from the Internet. Now that the "pros" like Fabiani have taken over, they don't have a clue about how to use the 'net as a campaign tool.

Fortunately, we at FR do understand how to use the Internet to our advantage in campaigns. The recall campaign is a good example.
