Jay: We have a special guest: Arnold Schwarzenegger, star of the reprehensible Terminator movies.
Arnold: Jay, my new film is a mixture of action and comedy. It's called "Terminator: Let's Get Silly".
[cut to clip from movie showing Terminator with a microphone in front of a brick wall]
Terminator: Did you ever notice how men always leave the toilet seat up?
[pause] That's the joke.
Man: [from audience] You suck, Terminator!
[Terminator pulls a machine gun and fires into the audience]
Terminator: Now, my Woody Allen impression: I'm a neurotic nerd who likes to sleep with little girls.
Man: [from audience] Hey, that really sucked!
[Terminator pulls the pin on a grenade and tosses it at him]
Arnold: The film is just me in front of a brick wall for an hour and a half. It cost $80 million.
Jay: [contemptuous] How do you sleep at night?
Arnold: On top of a pile of money with many beautiful ladies.
Jay: Just asking. Yeesh!

"The Simpsons" has a recurring character, Rainier Wolfcastle -- a parody of Schwarzenegger -- whose several bloody action films (as we are told on the show) include "McBain: Let's Get Silly."

that show starring jon lovitz, i forget the name. obviously, it wasn't awaken. it was an animated show on right before the simpsons, where lovitz played a film critic. bombed pretty miserably, probably because it wasn't that funny. Aw, I liked "The Critic"!

I am almost positive... This is taken directly from a Simpsons episode, but the names are changed. In the Simpsons episode, I believe it was Kent Brockman (Leno) and Renier Wolfcastle aka McBane (Arnold)
