If I am right about the numbers, perhaps this is how the sex/groping "scandals" played. Many folks decided to vote against the recall, and then opt out for a replacement - that combined with Cruz phobia.

The first person to "catch" the 10% shrinkage between total votes on the recall election and the replacement election was me, Ol' Congressman Billybob. I caught that story almost two months ago. It will be a while before the lamestream media catch up. LOL.
