The Indian gaming people have to start paying some taxes to the State. If they don't like it, that's tough. Every other business has to pay taxes to the state.

It's bad when you have a $38 billion deficit and your bond rating is one level above "junk" rating. I'm not talking about taxing the Indians heavily, but a 3-5% tax on profits would be appropriate considering that their customers travel long distances on taxpayer-funded state highways (not tollways) to get to their casinos.
