I hate to defend the New York Times, but if only a pond separates the back yards of the two homes, it's not much of a stretch to call them next door neighbors.

Do a MapQuest search for: Lake Wilhaggin Dr. in Sacramento, CA.
I see no lake between the two streets, ergo, their properties could be adjacent?

Looks like the Dems are lying again. I'M SHOCKED!
