I recently read that one of his current acts is to buy back unwanted land from developers who have made major contributions to him without having appraisals done. The article stated that he was agreeing to purchase prices that far exceeded the lands estimated appraised values. Furthermore, he has ordered that the prices he agrees upon not be disclosed to the public.
Why does our justice system look the other way when our politicians violate their fiduciary responsibilities for the large masses of people they represent?
Excuse me? The former CEO of Enron, Kenneth Lay, hasn't even had any charges filed against him. Lay will probably never be brought to justice.
