Desperate Davis Hires Shredding Service: Gray Davis to Destroy Incriminating Documents
Foxnews ^ | 10-05-03 | Tony Snow

On Fox News Live (Breaking)...

Fox News reports that the Davis Administration has sought the services of document shredding companies. The implication is that he thinks that there is a good chance he will be kicked out of office, and this is a desperate attempt to destroy incriminating evidence.

Tony Snow and guest suggest that the GOP should seek a restraining order to prevent the destruction of potential material evidence...

"TASKMASTER two-stage systems are configured to handle many special requirements."

This model is advertised as "...perfect for Democrats." I would think that it might be difficult to get
the larger ones into the hopper, for example Congressman Nadler(D) of New York.

Republicans? Act aggressively??? Talk about California Dreaming!!!!

My sentiments exactly. The CRP is a bunch of bed wetters. The Democrats may loose, but they'll have a nice bonfire to commiserate over.

PLEASE, INSURE that dozens of staff members--of the least bit of integrity and especially honorable Believers--PLEASE INSURE that they secret away the most incriminating documents....

Not a chance. The only way to stop the Dems from shredding documents is to cut power to the Capitol.

The leading case is Wichita Terminal.) I wonder if destroying evidence here would create a similar presumption.

Good point. However it didn't seem to stop the Clintons. I doubt if it will stop Davis with Lockyear as CA-AG. The IRS, for all the pretense of neutrality, is beholden more to the Democratic Party. It helps to have friends in high places.

The post election flurry of legal motions will be a sight to behold and provide plenty of time and cover to eliminate evidence. The next governor will be lucky to spend Christmas in Sacramento.

That would be funnier if Sadam hadn't really done that to his opponants.

Good post. The significance of an Arnold win for the Bush re-election is that GWB still might not carry California, but we'll make the RATS go broke defending it.

Nope, there are too many loose FBI files floating around for any Democrats to be charged with virtually anything.

I keep getting recorded messages from Bill Clinton saying some garbage about voting no on the recall.

Take a hike. The republicans are just about to dethrone Davis. This was not done passively.

The recall movement began at the grass roots. Initially, the Cal GOP wanted no part of it.

Oh,

IF

The Lord decided it was a priority,

HE

COULD do it several dozen different ways.

And, sometimes prayers can impact that IF.

But, all things being equal, you're probably right.
