You know, I wonder if the "suspicious" way Terri suddenly collapsed was ever fully or properly investigated. It occurs to me that Michael Schiavo could well have initiated this "tragedy" right from the beginning. Did it ever occur to anyone here that he may have tried to kill her years ago and it failed. He is simply trying to finish the job. It's absolutely appalling to me to read what is going on in this case. I emailed Jeb Bush also and I was frankly disappointed with the issue evasive canned reply.!! May God Almighty step in and save Terri. This is Court and State Sanctioned Murder in my opinion.

Good observation.

One doctor said that he had seen neck injury, of the kind Terri suffered, in cases of strangulation.

Killing Terri December 17, 2002

And there's something else. While low potassium is said to have caused Terri's heart attack, a neurologist petitioned by Schindler attorney Pat Anderson recently testified that Terri suffered a neck injury. He said he'd only seen these particular injuries -- rigid neck and cardiac arrest -- with attempted strangulation.

The doctor's testimony, WND reports, led Anderson to re-examine Terri's medical records, which uncovered a total-body scan done 13 months after her collapse. The report notes a "presumably traumatic" compression fracture of her thigh. Other "hot spots" include fractures in her ribs, several vertebrae, both sacroiliac joints, and both knees and ankles. The 1991 report states Terri "has a history of trauma," and unnamed doctors who recently reviewed the report concluded she sustained severe abuse.

Some folks have felt that it seems that M. Schiavo does not want Terri to recover enough to speak about the "circumstances" surrounding her "collapse."

Many posts have been written on the various Schindler sites speculating that Michael Schiavo may have abused her in 1990 or earlier. Governor Bush says there is "no evidence" for such speculation and that her starvation must be permitted if "our courts" decree this.

I am appalled at the turn of events in FL. It makes me hold the state of FL in very low esteem though there are many wonderful people living there.
