You know, it is so easy to see in retrospect, but while it was happening, things were not so clear.

When the 1992 election cycle rolled around, the first President Bush looked so unbeatable that none of the big-name DemocRats were interested in running- thus allowing a little-known corrupt Southern governor to ace the nomination.

We on the right have seen the media's biases for years- and it is finally becoming known to the general public- but back then, the press & entertainment arms of the media shilled, spun, and covered up shamelessly for both Clintons- because they were, and still are, madly in love with them. And nearly no one even noticed, or commented upon this simple fact.

Like you, I worry more about ( God forgive me for using one of the most abused phrases of the last century! ) "the children" than myself-- when I look at the coarsening, dumbing-down, and general degradation of society and popular culture, I despair.

Still, society has always swung a pendulum between extremes, and I have some hope it will swing back.
