Let's hope he has very good reason to be concerned.

I'd be astonished to see the IDF do anything substantial. Arafat needs to be tried for his crimes, not expelled.

Israel should respond in biblical proportion.
" And then some."

" Yes. I cowardly sent the lawyers, the women, and the children to murder.
So what. I am a general, and I am very well protected
by those who love flowing blood, unstopping murder and the death of innocents."

" Arafat needs to be tried for his crimes" WHY is this never pursued? The whole world should see his whole catalogue of blood.

Actually, since he mostly murders Jews, and our intelligentsia don't care, we should really focus on the money he's pilfered away. Dead Jews don't bother them nearly as much as Palestinian "youths" who are cruelly denied the opportunity to go to grad school.

He personally ordered the execution of our ambassador to Sudan back in the 70s. Unfortunately Clinton agreed not to presue Arafat and his cohorts for the murder of Americans as part of the Oslo agreement. Just another part of the Clinton "legacy".

I am very sickened by these terrorist attacks against Israel. I am also very tired of Arafat then stating he had nothing to do with them and condemning the act. Then along comes President Bush saying the same thing. Again and again. Innocent people are being murdered in Israel. Time for Israel to take action. The USA did it after a terrorist attack. Why not Israel?

Well, the Oslo agreement died with Arafat's pacifism, so it shouldn't be a problem any more. Any agreement reached pursuant to Oslo was terminated by an irreconcilible breach on the part of Arafat. The agreement is no more, so Arafat should stand (military) trial for his crimes against Americans, Israelis, freedom, civilization, and humanity, after of course, he is killed by an Israeli helicopter gunship, missile, napalm bomb, or JDAM, MOAB, or other munitions, or sent by the Americans to Gitmo.

Apparrently you don't understand that Palestinians are a peaceful people. It's the Isreali "occupation" of 'Palestinian' land that is the real issue. Once the Isrealis leave "Israel" and the land is renamed Palestine things WILL be peaceful.
There is NO other option.
/sacasm off. Ah, yuck, now I got a bad taste in my mouth.
Reality mode back on too.

In between each of the main wars with the tents of Ishmael..56,67,73,82 and to present..was a reality known as .."The Wars of Attrition".
Not really seen until after 67..but steady.
IAF nearly dropped as many Arab jets in the attrition period as they did in the wars.
So what is this reality that Israel actually conceeds or aquieses to .
Its political for sure..its basic numbers.
buy time..stall..troops die at a certain percentage.
So hold on folks..cuz this gets strange..surreal.
Instead of *Soldiers perishing and getting maimed on the *Readyline...it Israels populace that will stand..on the ready line and obsorb the loses and maimings of Hamdi's Insane machinations.
Israelis lament..the scene is heart rending at an Israeli funneral..then..its back to life..like a Donkey with a managed burden.
There is something *Evil at the heart of the Israeli real polotik..that it considers innocents deaths and maimings as ..*Just part of the process.
Israel lets Hamdi into work in Israel...gives him millions in gifts and appeasment concessions.
just knocks the home down of the bomberer..the society of evil is left unchecked.
Not much is likely to change in Israel until its populace tires of the routine....tires of being the Victim.

To be quite blunt, I hope Arafat is taking his long earned and well deserved dirt nap by the end of this night. I am so sick of his friggin face gloating about the Israelis and Americans he has murdered and not been punished for.

Amen. The terror war will end when Palinazis learn the meaning of mind-numbing, pant-cr*ping fear. To adapt a line from a really bad movie, the IDF's motto should be "G-d Forgives, Israel Doesn't."

Arafat, you have been voted off the planet. It is time to extinguish your torch and send you on your way. AMF.
