Re your plateau, have you tried cutting out the franken-food (bars, shakes, etc.)? If you aren't doing franken-food, but still are stalled, try drinking more water. You might also be sensitive to nuts or cheese. Try cutting those out and see what happens.

I have been going through some kind of plateau, as I go back and forth with a 5 pound intervals. My keto stick are dark purple so I should be losing, but this bouncing back and forth is driving me crazy. I can't go above about 20 carbs a day.

When I hit a plateau, I did the following.
Breakfast, boiled egg, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch and dinner, 6oz tuna, 1c spinach,1/2 grapefruit
snacks... boiled egg whites or non fat cheese, 2
I don't know if it was the combination or the low cals but 2 days of this would bump me and I could go back to eating normal.

Keep me on your diet ping list. Help me get off this 2 week plateau I am on! Two weeks does not a plateau make. You need to have more patience. There is nothing unusual about weight loss "stalling" from time to time during this diet. During a significant weight loss, your body sometimes needs to adjust to its new weight before allowing you to drop off yet more. The fact that you are not gaining any of the weight back should be seen as a positive, not a negative.
While I've lost weight rapidly since April, there have been certain periods over the past six months where my weight loss slowed or stopped. In fact, I'm in one of those cycles right now. I've only dropped 0.4 pounds over the past three weeks. But I'm not worried. I feel great and I'm positive that within the next week or two, I'll step on the scales and see that suddenly another 3 pounds or so come off literally overnight. It's strange like that but it's happened to me several times already.
