I personally would rather get on a treadmill and burn off some of that fat than swallow it.

Well if you swallow the right fats you will feel better :) Your moods will be better too. People need essential fatty acids especially the omega 3's and 6's, found in olive oil, nuts, flax, cold water fish.

That's right. We eat salmon at least twice a week and also walnuts and pecans instead of other animal protein. We put flax seed on salads and use only olive oil for salads or cooking. In fact, when we air pop corn, we use olive oil instead of butter. Tastes pretty good.
