People have to be responsible for themselves. If they need to have their mouth zippered in order to lose weight, then maybe any fad diet will be O.K.for them. And what's wrong with SMALL portions? I personally would rather get on a treadmill and burn off some of that fat than swallow it. There's just too much evidence (I'm talking dieticians and nutritionists, not the medical establishment)that this diet will work but can be dangerous when followed over any extended period of time.

Well if you swallow the right fats you will feel better :) Your moods will be better too. People need essential fatty acids especially the omega 3's and 6's, found in olive oil, nuts, flax, cold water fish.
