I have met too many tolerant, friendly, Muslims to say that it´s the religion to be blamed for that.

I've met some really nice, friendly, tolerant Communists, too. Often they have lovely manners. They smile at you in the hallways, they hold doors, they talk about "peaceful change" and they remember your birthday. Really, seriously. Some of the nicest folks I know.

That doesn't change the fact that they support an ideology that would eradicate all political rights. If a revolution came and landowners were rounded up and shot in the head, they would murmur among themselves that this isn't right and it shouldn't be done LIKE THAT.

They'd say that landowners should indeed be stripped of their property... but in a civilized manner. That they should be "re-educated" by caring Communists who, with love, only seek to bring them to an understanding of the superior, necessary, inevitable nature of Communism.

In other words, some folks are indeed quite nice. They still want you under the control of their ideology, eventually. They want you to do it of your own accord, but if one of their more violent brethern puts a gun to your head, they won't say he's doing the wrong thing, only that he's doing the right thing in the wrong manner. And they won't try to stop the gunman or save you.

Jerusalem----October 4..... A Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself up in a crowded beach restaurant just south of the Israeli port city of Haifa. At least eighteen people were murdered in the barbaric blast, including five children. Police said about two dozen people were wounded .

The terror attack came on a sunny, Saturday afternoon - the Sabbath before the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur, or Day of Atonement. It was the first suicide bombing in a month and the first since a threat by Israel to expel Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat. The Maxim Restaurant is a popular dining spot used by motorists who are heading south from Haifa and the north.

Police said a terrorist with a gun was also involved in Saturday's attack near Haifa's beach promenade. On Saturdays, the promenade is packed with people.

Police said the blast was set off by a suicide bomber, who had explosives strapped to his body.

Islamic Jihad in Jenin has claimed responsibility for the lethal attack.

The terror attack came despite a blanket closure Israel had imposed on the West Bank and Gaza Strip ahead of Yom Kippur, which begins at sundown Sunday and ends at sundown Monday. Such closures are generally imposed during Jewish holidays because of increased concerns about attacks by Palestinian militants in such periods.

Since fighting broke out three years ago, more than 400 Israelis have been killed in 103 Palestinian terror suicide bombings.

The Haifa blast was the first since twin attacks on Sept. 9 that killed 15 people near an army base outside Tel Aviv and at a Jerusalem coffee shop. After that attack, the Israeli Cabinet approved the "removal" of Arafat, but did not say when it would take action. It is widely believed that a major attack with many casualties could trigger Israeli measures against Arafat.

The Palestinian Authority had no immediate comment.

David Baker, a spokesperson for Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, said Israel demands that the Palestinian Authority take immediate steps against terror groups.

"The bombing in Haifa is another indication that the Palestinian Authority continues to refuse to take even minimal steps against the terrorist infrastructure," he said.

When I lived in Saudi, I played soccer with Saudi kids, and pretty much roamed the streets near the embassy. I certainly wouldnt do it now. Arabs love kids of any culture, nation, gender, race, etc. But when they hit a certain age, they then become malleable. To be shaped into an Islamic ideaolgy. The girls don a veil and the boys start looking for a wife. A caveat here, if you will; any culture or religion that condones, participates in, or encourages, arranged marriages, is still stuck in 1200's.

Bush has a history of being slow to get firm with the Pals (not dealing with Arafat, etc...), but he has gottten there so far. I can only pray that he will wake up fully - now - and get _real_ firm with these people. It is way past time. Enough is enough. Not one more suicide bombing. When the great majority of Pals support the bombings, they bring culpability upon themselves - as do we when we restrain Israel. Step One: Arafat must go, by hook or by crook.

Because the USofA and the U.N. won't allow Israel to do anything that in any way protects itself from attack.

The U.N.'s chopped up fiasco of Israeli territory begs terrorist attack. Israel is dependent on US foreign aid, and yet Bush has cut their funding because of the fence the Israeli's are building to keep terrorists on the other side. And also cutting funding for settlements.

Israel is the only nation in history not allowed to claim, inhabit, and hold conquered land won in not only one war but three wars.

Israel does not want to do to the Palestinians what Hitler did to them. Israel can count it's friends on the fingers of one hand and have three fingers left over. We are being drawn to the last great battle before the return of Messiah.

The bible records that God will bring all nations against Jerusalem, that the question of Jerusalem will be a cup of poison for the nations round about her and a burdensome stone for the nations of the world, all that burden themselves with that stone will be cut in pieces.

The Palestinians do not want a state beside Isreal, they could have had that at Camp David. We will force a state on them, because we are so smart, then they will demand that Jerusalem be given to them as their capitol. Every square inch of Jerusalem will be haggled over, fought over, killed over, then will come the dividing of it up that causes God's fury to come up into his face, He will stand up from His throne, and call for His sword, and we best be smiling sheepishly and waving a welcoming hello, when He gets here.

Enough is enough!

I say give these animals there state, I mean ASAP. Now the first time they attack innocent Israeli citizens, with incontrovertible proof of their culpability to show the world, Israel then should exercize the right to defend herself and bomb the state of Palestine and send these animals into the stone age where they belong. It's probably a lot easier for them to kill innocent Israelis claiming occupation and oppression and whatever else, then it is for them to do it from their own state.
