It said that the Palm Beach prosecutor has a policy of going after only the dealers, not the users.I see.
So according to the Palm Beach prosecutor, its safe and acceptable for all dope addicts to come to Palm Beach and shoot / snort and smoke crack, right?
Or does that "rule" only apply to multi-millionaire junkies that live in 24 million dollar mansions???
You can buy anything in America, just ask OJ Simpson or Rush Limbaugh...

Just maybe, there's not a whole lot more here than Rush buying some pills off his employee's.
The DA in Palm Beach does not have the same motivation as Matt Drudge.

But this trash that you're peddling, these empty allegations, I must say, are far beneath you. You somehow seem to believe the National Enquirer and a couple of known felons, instead of using even a modicum of common sense...
I expect better from your posts.

OK, Mr. Prosecutor, please lay out your case against the defendant, Mr. Limbaugh.
Make sure it is as airtight as you imply.

From the FoxNews story:
"Cline told authorities that some of the drug handoffs took place at a gas station in West Palm Beach, Fla. Limbaugh allegedly would pull up in his car and Cline would hand over a cigar box full of pills in exchange for cash, sources told Fox News."
This just seems too far fetched to me - scratch that - completely unbelievable. The kind of tripe that the Enquirer loves to smell up the supermarkets.
I just can't see Rush doing something like this - a sleazy drive by deal. IF he had a problem with a prescription painkiller, he'd surf doctors until he found one that was free with his scripts. Even then, I wouldn't believe it until Rush said it himself.

With all due respect (and I use that phrase rather loosely), equating a man accused of murder with a man who, from most accounts, became addicted to painkillers because of a debilitating disease is an EXTREMELY LOW stretch, even for a person of your dubious intellectual capacity (evidenced by your slanderous posts).

So you're a regular believer in the National Enquirer and all the crap contained therein, I guess.
Careful, your anti-Americanism is showing. In America we consider individuals innocent until proven guilty.
Rush hasn't even been arrested yet.

Exactly when was it that Rush was found to be in posession of these drugs? When was he found to be under the influence? This still sounds like a botched extortion attempt to me

No, I think they have better things to do than worry about someones elses habit. I can tell you that getting hooked on prescription pain killers is a very bad problem in this country, I know, my ex-wife had a problem and it took 3 years and six figures to get her clean. She never bought drugs black market but I can tell you that doctors and pharmacists both contribute to the problem.
So...before you start flaming people about "using" drugs you might want to look over your shoulder, it could easily happen to you or someone you know.

In the first place, there's a big difference between crack cocaine and overusing prescription drugs.
In the second place, the whole story is, so far, only alleged by a bunch of criminals and the clinton spin machine.
Is it wrong to overuse prescription drugs when you're in pain. Could be. But it's not on the same level as ruining lives for profit by running cocaine.
