Perhaps you didn't read this article carefully. It said that the Palm Beach prosecutor has a policy of going after only the dealers, not the users.

Rush should receive neither special treatment nor extra punishment due to his celebrity.

So according to the Palm Beach prosecutor, its safe and acceptable for all dope addicts to come to Palm Beach and shoot / snort and smoke crack, right?

Or does that "rule" only apply to multi-millionaire junkies that live in 24 million dollar mansions???

Well prosecutors don't *usually" prosecute people for perjury (especially in cases involving sexual lies) either but they *do" it sometimes, as in the Clinton and Battalino cases. If your argument applies to Rush, it should apply to them shouldn't it?
