But if I was a resident, I would be volunteering to help Tom McClintock and if by tuesday afternoon there was no hope, I would vote for Arnold as an insurance policy against a Bustemonte or Davis win

I always admired Keyes for his articulate conservative views and debating skill. I thought he "won" the Presidential debates he was in. Would have loved to see him rip Gore a new one in that format. I even enjoyed his MSNBC show. If Bush could speak like Keyes, our job would be alot easier. Unfortunately, Alan has a massive ego to go along with his intelligence.
