Here is something that might help you go to sleep. I hold the belief that when we sleep, the Lord and His angels will sometimes allow us to join the angels in their work for our brothers and sisters here on earth. Before I go to sleep each night, I ask the Lord to let me be with them in their work with our troops.

I'm smiling now, because when I was much younger, someone once told me that if you fall asleep while you are saying your prayers, your guardian angel finishes your prayers for you in the most beautiful way imaginable.

:-) Oh what a sweet story! I believe it's true! Since the time I have made an effort to dedicate my sleep time to the Lord, I have felt that it has had a profound effect on my life and peace of mind.
