Let's hope this is true...McClintock can win and will implement conservative ideas that will turn California around.

Let's hope this is true...McClintock can win and will implement conservative ideas that will turn California aroundIf this is true, then Arnold should get out of the race. There is no rationale for him running since McClintock can win.
Unless, of course, Arnold and his supporters would rather have a Democrat win than have a conservative Repulican be governor.

McClintock can win and will implement conservative ideas that will turn California around.McClintock does not have the numbers to win. He is too conserative for Californicators. "IF" he did win, his conservative ideas would not stand a chance against a largely Democratic Legislature.
A vote for McClintock is a vote for Bustamante and if Cruz drops out it's a vote for Davis. They are counting on the die hard McClintockers.

If I thought I was the only one that would vote for McClintock, he would still get my vote.
That being said, if Schwarzenegger gets in, he'll still be many, many times better than Gray Davis......

Christie Whitman. George Pataki. George Bush the First. John McCain. Lincoln Chafee. Jim Jeffords. Olympia Snowe.
RINOS all, who have hurt and will continue to hurt conservative principles.
Now add Arnold to the list, and look for these "big tent" RINOS to attack the pro-life platform of the Republican Party, to soften the Republican view on the Marriage Amendment, to advocate for "moderate" judges, and to undermine the Right to Bear Arms.
Not to mention "reasonable" taxes.
I'd vote McClintock in a New York minute if I still lived out in California. Arnold and the Limousine Republicans can frot off--this recall wasn't done with their help anyway.

My county GOP just sent me an email and ask me to let them know my ideas about how CA should be reformed.
My reply: If you're looking for reform, then it might serve a better purpose to elect a "reformer" - however, since the CA GOP is supporting a movie star instead of Tom McClintock (who is a reformer) ...... good luck!!

one problem. . . WHAT polls?
I have seen no poll anywhere that has Tom ahead or even close to Cruz.
It might be nice, but where is the evidence?
I'm sorry, but I'd like a little real evidence.

Arnold , when asked if he was dening these allegations, told Brokaw, "Not at all", " we will wait until I become Governor and THEN deal with it".......perhaps will be setting up a Bustamante reign after all!! He would be Lt. Governor and according to California law, would TAKE OVER if charges are made!!!!
