[history]
October 3, 2003 -- WASHINGTON - The CIA officer whose cover was blown by an alleged Bush administration leak and her diplomat husband have retained a Washington lawyer to find out who they can sue and how much money they can seek. Also, the investigation, first focused on the White House and CIA, is now broadening to include the State and Defense departments, officials said.

According to FOX's Judge Napolitano, there're no grounds for a suit.

The leak to Novak sparked a Justice Department investigation into allegations that someone at the White House may have leaked her name in order to punish Wilson for writing a column in the New York Times that The uranium-purchase claim was bogus Novak has said it was not a leak. Yet here is the NY Post stating it as fact that it was a leak. The media continues to try to create news, rather than report it.

Discovery might be painful--for the Wilsons. Old skeletons might turn up, showing more grievous offenses than the ones causing the lawsuit.

The CIA officer whose cover was blown by an alleged Bush administration leak and her diplomat husband have retained a Washington lawyer to find out who they can sue and how much money they can seek. Typical Dummycrat scam. All of 'em pledge eternal allegiance to the Code of Victimization.
"Victimization is the Democrats basic belief by which we blame and find others responsible for our own personal failures, then go after taxpayers, deep pocketed individuals, or the courts to bail us out. "
"The Pay-Me-I'm-A-Victim is a good policy b/c we Democrats just can't feel good about ourselves unless we are in the throes of victimization. That's when we really get in touch with our feelings. It feels good to be either A) causing victims, B) concocting victims, C) playing victim, D) commiserating over victims, or E) creating another class of victims to bleed over. "
"It gets us votes, too. "

Good, let them sue, they then put themselves in the position of being placed under oath regarding their own actions and activities.
Sure would like to submit a few questions of my own for that deposition.

I'm facinated by the fact that everyone acknowledges that the only written report was not given to the CIA, but published by Wilson in the NYSlimes.
Mr. Wilson, I bet you're the kinda guy...

I think you have a BRILLIANT idea about US suing the Rosenberg-Wilsons!!
To: Just mythoughts
We all need to bring up this one question ANYTIME that a story comes up about the Rosenberg-Wilsons to REMIND newbies what this is all about..................WHO SENT THEM TO NIGER!!!!!!!
To: Ann Archy
Agree, and then there is some on here that think that to question Mr. Wilson's motives is the same as saying it is ok to break laws.
It has not been established yet that a law has been broken and until there is evidence I will not join the "BUSH is "EVIL" crowd.

This is an opening to get a document dump of all White House State and maybe Defense Department papers as possible for use in 2004.

"More importantly, the country's legal rights have been violated, and that's first and foremost what they're interested in." Moron. Only individuals have rights. Groups, nations, classes, continents, etc. do NOT have collective rights.

The picture looks like a younger version of the guy I saw on Fox this morning. You've probably found him.

This is an opening to get a document dumpOoops. Yeah, you got a point. Even with no "there, there" they could carp, spin and weasel to know end.

I thought I read a transcript today where he said he paid for it himself as his civic duty. He said the CIA offered to pay him so maybe that was just referring to his "professional investigative services" to clear out the neo cons running the govt. which he states his is personal mission.
