I actually worked for Ron Brown under the Dept. of Commerce, Endangered Species Act. They fine people for picking up shark's jawbones on the beach for a souvenir. I mean, at that point, the shark's already dead. I got paid to type up all the violations for the southeastern U.S. and the violation handbook was about 400 pages. Endangered species have more rights than we do. Shortly thereafter, I moved on and Ron Brown was in the plane crash.
