Bookmarked and bumped. Thanks Pokey, I never doubted that GWB took the correct action.
Listened to him this morning with Bernard Kerrick. Kerrick related what he had seen first hand, and also the video tapes of torture- including a Doberman attacking and killing an Iraqi General whose loyalty was questioned. Kerrick called Saddam himself a WMD. He was.
Pray for GWB and the truth.

Yes - weep at the extent of the disease that leads millions to see truth where there are lies, good where there is evil, and vice versa.
... such as yourself, bunnypants ...
There is not one iota of what you quote from the State of the Union that has yet been cast in doubt. Of course, it will be difficult for some to recognize this.
Now, if I could just figure out why I bothered to even respond to your flamebait ...

THAT is the most disgusting and frightening thing about this whole affair: that our own citizens would sell us out for such a low price. Power is nothing, without life and liberty. They might think they will be exempted from the carnage, but of course in the end they will not. It is short-sighted, mean spirited, and downright evil of them. (And by "them" I mean not only the 'rats, but the media who works hand in hand with them.)

THANKS for the ping, Howlin.....unfortunately most people just read the headlines....I keep thinking FR should start RE-WRITING HEADLINES for articles posted here....at least there might be SOME semblance of objectivity then.

It would also be amazing to see the truth ever printed or diseminated by in USA Today, The Gannett papers, Time, Newsweek, US and World Report, the LA Times, SF Chronicle, et al and especially by CNN/CBS/NBC/ABC/NPR with input from Reuters, and the evil AP. All of these leftist Bush haters are wrong-headed, biased RAT supporters.

"If what Sullivan says is true, and I believe it is, then Roberts needs to get a grip."For what it's worth, Sullivan is mostly quoting the Kay report. I think Roberts needs to get a grip. :)

Thanks for the ping, guys. Don't you know docs like Kay's report are too long for Libs to actually read.

Here's a quote from Pelosi in the Times:
Congresswoman Pelosi, Democrat of California, who met with Mr. Kay in a secure room in the Capitol at 8:45 this morning, told reporters after the meeting that "it was clear to me that there was no imminence of a threat for weapons of mass destruction," as the White House had claimed.
Note how the Times injected "as the White House had claimed" - we have no idea if Pelosi was going to say that. The media is in hyperdrive to establish that lie - it's gotten so bad that Bloomberg claimed after Bush's appearance today where he answered a couple of questions about Kay's report that Bush said the report showed that the threat was "imminent" - IN QUOTES - when that word is nowhere in the transcript.

...but that nothing found so far backs up administration claims that Mr. Hussein posed an imminent threat to the world. If I see the words "imminent threat" again as words supposedly coming from Dubya's mount, I'm going to SCREAM!!!!!
When the Dems try to stick this false fact in, the newscasters should stop the speaker...say something like...Did President Bush really say that? I think he said something more like: The United States cannot wait for the threat to be imminent because then it will be too late.
This is just another BIG distortion by the RATs. Remember how they kept repeating "the United States is going it alone"? Tim Russert stopped Dean dead in his tracks when he questioned him on "Are we really going it alone?" After that Dean kept stumbling over it because he's said the lie too many times that he automatically repeats his canned phrase. But, after that rebuke by Russert, he at least tried to correct himself. Even then, Dean himself should have noticed how many times he used the phrase by the number of times he had to correct himself -- over and over again--during the interview.

If I see the words "imminent threat" again as words supposedly coming from Dubya's mount, I'm going to SCREAM!!!!!Well, then, pop your blood pressure meds and mash this link from Bloomberg:
Bush Says Weapons Inspector's Report Shows Threat From Iraq Was `Imminent'
I guess it no longer suffices to misquote Bush's SOTU address - in this case, Bush never even said the word "imminent" but Bloomberg puts it in quotes anyway.
