Why is the box not in an evidence locker?

There are many things on this story that do not make sense.

On the other hand, Rush has not flatly denied the accusations. . . yet.

I'm still hoping it is a fabrication or a big exaggeration

Some things are too ridiculous to directly acknowledge. If he would have ingested the number of pills she claims he would either be dead or have the brain of a cauliflower.

Additionally, if he had been in rehab that much how did they carry on with his broadcasts? "Live and direct from the Betty Ford Clinic...."

Too much of this just doesn't add up.

I open bidding $5.00 for any one of rush's intact used cigar boxes.

Evidence rules would demand. (mandate) the box be in custody. Why the heck would the state allow a witness to hold evidence. Answer: there is no case. This is already falling apart.
