This is disgraceful. The man said something politically incorrect (not racist) about football and now the media is out to destroy him. The Left persecutes anybody who stands up to them. Where was the wiretap of Mahrer after he said that our soldiers were cowards (right after 9-11). Old Bill is a major advocate of drug legalization (I wonder if he does illegal drugs) and is in his fifties and never married (are those trips to the Playboy mansion a cover?) Nobody put a wire on one of his maids--this is astounding!

Gore buys a media outlet. Al Franken has been chosen as Leftwing Talkshow Host. How to succeed when you don't have what it takes? Hit your opponent below the belt. Just like the Dimwit presidential candidates are doing to President Bush.

We don't know the story yes, so why are we jumping to conclusions. As with alot of Drudge's scoops, I'll wait until I see it. But you're analogy with Bill Maher is not a good one. Maher pretty much lost his show because of it and was loudly ostracized.

He never said our soldiers were cowards.
He basically pointed out calling the 9/11 Hijackers "cowards" was ridiculous (which, by simply consulting a dictionary, can be seen to be obviously true, and this was essentially agreed with by the other panelists that night, including those on the right) and then referred to past US policy (under Clinton) of lobbing unmanned cruise missles around in response to terrorism as cowardly (Also true, Clinton was more terrified of US casualties than he was concerned with actually getting any terrorists.)
