I absolutely do not believe this is true, about Rush, that he used his housekeeper to supply him with narcotics. I just don't. The guy would have no need for that, absolutely none. And thousands of pills? PULLLEEEEZE!

It's just as likely that somebody is pulling a fast one on Drudge--after all, didn't he come to national attention with the blue dress story?

I don't see the big story. Even if it is true. What exactly is the punishment for illegally abusing prescription drugs anyways? Probation the first time. Picking up freeway trash?

It is most likely untrue, but even if it is, so what? People get injured, they are prescribed pills, and they get hooked. It happens. In this case it probably didn't happen, but let's not act like Rush Limbaugh hurt anybody other than himself if this turns out to be true.

Maybe it's the little libertarian streak I have in me, but I am saying so what, no matter what the truth of this story turns out to be.
