Laura Bush speaks at Russia's book festival in Moscow, Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2001. Mrs. Bush is bringing some of the most popular American creators of books for young people to Russia's book festival.

Mrs. Bush and Marc Brown, known for his Arthur the aardvark illustrations, seen in the background, who is also taking part in the festival, held a drawing session with Russian second-graders, followed by a question-and-answer session.

Thanks for the pics of our beautiful First Lady. She is such a class act -- the anti-Shllery.

I also like the shot of Ross Perot in the background! Didn't know he was in town at the same time! ;)
