Great post. When the press wonders why so many people believe Iraq was at least a help mate in 9/11, it's because they have read reports like yours.
My gut has always told me that Iraq was the supplier of the anthrax...They wanted to see it work and how we would react.
As usual, Usama used our stuff, i.e., the report speculating distributing Anthrax through the mail. Saddam is the chem/bio expert. Usama is the demolition expert but also has the people to move around and they did.
