For your information some localities and states do require licenses. I've been to Hawaii many times for the Ironman Triathlon World Championship and have several state of Hawaii license stickers on my race bike. Any why did you add "wait in line"? It seems by adding those little 3 words you want to impose some similar "suffering" on others that you may have experienced.

Exactly. This is part of the 'price' for using the road that
I must pay. Why should cyclists get the same priviledges without paying the price?
