I cannot believe the lies and spin I have seen on this site recently. I have decided to call myself a Conservative Republican and when I see a candidate say "principled" conservative -- I am running the other way!
We have two very conservative Republican Senators here in Oklahoma in Nickles and Inhofe and I have NEVER seen them referred to as "principled" conservatives -- just Conservative Republican.
Where did that name "principled" conservative come from? I now take it to mean spoiler, taker of special interest campaign donations for ads (Indians), lies to suit an agenda (lied to Issa), etc.
