The polls show McClintock beating Bustamante, barely, and everyone wants Arnold to drop out???? How do they split up Arnold's vote? Have they considered the 17-19% of Democrats (half of Arnold's vote) returning to Buste'. Have they considered the people that Arnold has mobilized, that have never voted before, might decide not to vote again and on what impact it might have on the Basic Recall? Have they forgotten that the one thing Democrats can never be beaten on, is their ability to raise the dead to vote?
I'm afraid most of the people on this thread HAVE FORGOTTEN. Most of the people that are voting for Arnold are not pragmatic (as true conservatives have to be) but really believe he can make the difference. If Arnold were to drop out, I would not count on any of those votes going for the Recall, or to McClintock.
