So, you're saying that the money going into china goes in:
a. The pockets of the leaders.
b. Weapons purchases.

For case b, they are buying from Russian and American, English, French, Swedish, Israelis, so the money we spend at Walmarts does end up, partly, in those arms financers hands.

Many of their weapons purchases are home grown. they make their own missles, aircraft, ships, tanks, and guns. The money we spend at WalMart is going to build up their military and they do buy that technology at least partly from us so they can build it themselves and probably use teh technology on our forces.
