I think it was the Board of Directors of the CA GOP ... I heard that on KNEW this morning.

Must be. They can't get the ENTIRE state central committee together again less than a month after our convention, plus they'd never stand to endorse Mr. S. And if it was the Exec. Comm., word would have leaked out from the Tom supporters who are members. Which leaves it to the Board... Majority mods, country clubbers, or "sell-outs".
