You're right. They're not animals. They're demonized and false-indoctrinated people. They need heart-changes. The hatred for life and order and civilization that they display will change as their hearts change.

If their hearts don't change, it may be necessary for good people to kill them to protect life, order, and civilization.

Yes they need a change of heart, but as you pointed out until that happens their leaders will keep sending them to do everything they can to destroy Israel, the US, and western civilization in general. Until the day comes when that change of heart takes place it is us against them.
