Want the manager to take notice? Go into the kitchen grab a plate and serve yourself and your friends. After he hears why you are there you will be treated like a king every time you return. You do that in my restaurant, you'll head back to your table minus a finger, at minimum. We treat our customers with respect, and expect the same in return.
