The cover of the new album from rapper Paris is intended to send a chill down your spine.
The artwork for 'Sonic Jihad' which hit stores Tuesday, features a computer generated picture of an airliner about to fly into the White House.
On such songs as 'What Would You Do?' Paris accuses the Bush Administration of helping orchestrate the terror attacks and murdering 'people of color' for profit.

orchestrate the terror attacks and murdering 'people

liquor, and Kool cigarets.

Paris Amis has no talent. This cover will sell a few albums and keep him off the welfare dole. I'd rather he buy the glocks, spliffs, Mickey's Bigmouthes and the posse out of his own pocket rather than mine.

In the vein of James Beard's line:
'Anything called cheese food is neither.'
But, I digress. I've always liked the plane on the cover of Blind Faith.

Does this mean that when entertainers do this kind of thing, it HELPS their finances? Is doing this a new kind of publicity stunt? Like in, better to be hated than not noticed?
What kind of pay-off? Must be one in there somewhere. Are we conservatives contributing to the pay-off?

He is on an independent label and probably needs the publicity..

Paris accuses the Bush Administration of helping orchestrate the terror attacks The act is trite, trivial, superficial. No art in the art. Probably won't ever arrive at the level of the skilled extentialist actor George Plimpton, 76, 26 Sep 03.

Best for Freepers to ignore him so he doesn't become a racial "martyr."

Reid is British.

The same guy who understands the concept of "no such thing as bad publicity"?
The best we can do is ignore this clown; if the public is "outraged" the rapper becomes a star, his album sells, and he makes money. I am not saying this sort of thing is acceptable of course.

Headline should read 'Rapper Paris Aims to Sell CDs by Being Obnoxious'

Paris appears to be quite a hit on
Islam Online. He also has a
website.
Here is an excerpt from the Islam Online interview:
Paris: That cover epitomizes what Sonic Jihad is all about for me - waging righteous warfare through music and print on the oppressor. The entire world looks at the U.S. as the oppressor right now; and its sad, because we really are adopting the bully role (although its nothing new for us). The imagery is intended to incite discussion and affect people emotionally - all good art should, in one way or another. Sadly, most music doesnt anymore. Its all money, murder, [women] and cars. I dont mean to offend any of the families of victims of 9-11 dont get me wrong but I know that their perception of our country (and the events that day) would change drastically if they knew the truth, which I provide. What Would You Do if you knew what I know? The War on Terror looks just like what it is - a War on Humanity - when the sheets are pulled off.

The record company that released this needs
to be shut down. That are traitors because
this is simply anti-American not just anti-Bush.
This would be wrong if Clinton was President or anyone
else.

The label is right - its all about a SONIC JIHAD - on America and only the America-hating Left could bring out an album with 9-11 artwork. Go figure.

Hard to belive, but there are a lot of swine out there who are only interested in making money and trouble. I hope God recalls at least one a week of these fartheads, or more if their reproduction rate is high. Why do we need any of them anytime, anywhere? They are a bunch of friggin' neanderthal throwbacks! Missing links. Cretins, morons and imbeciles, to use an earlier classification system when we were allowed to call things by their actual names.
