In general, the Palestinians through Arafat have been provoking Israel via terror while the Iranians have been provoking Israel by building a nuclear power plant and weapons processing facility strikingly akin to what Hussein built in Iraq back in the early 1980's (which Israel thankfully bombed at the time).
Other radicals are provoking the U.S. via 9/11, bombing the USS Cole, hitting our embassies in Africa, as well as other assorted acts of terror.
In the meantime, still other linked radicals are provoking the Serbs in Kosovo and the Russians in Chechnya, as well as prodding the Phillipine government.
Then there is an entirely different set of provocations by North Korea against South Korea, the U.S., and Japan.
On top of all of the above, you've got the French openly attacking the U.S. via various diplomatic channels while clandestinely supplying Arafat and others with Billions of Euros.
It's all enough to make one say "Hmmm..."
