If they found the anchor and believe it is connected to this case, I'd guess that they found other stuff....like a piece of rope or tarp.
Wonder what those homemade anchors look like. We always used those BIG tomato juice cans.
I don't understand why Scott would tell them that he made 5 anchors if a couple were missing??
