What are some memories you have of protests or other activist events?

Well, there are so many. In my early years I was always on the side that was cracking down on Left-wing protests. In the navy I had lots of encounters with Greenpeace and the Sea Shepherds, so I would say that was the most enjoyable bit of activism I was involved in - if 'activism' is defined as "Using a fire hose on dirty, smelly hippies".

Also, I have really enjoyed being a part of the Puget Sound chapter of Free Republic (Yo! A shout out to my Puget Sound Homies! Word!). I especially enjoyed the Hillary FReep we put together recently, as that also allowed me to get my children involved. They really had fun making signs.

Have any fears or phobias?

I'm afraid of birds. Oh wait, that's Cathryn. Never mind. I have an irrational fear of shoes.

How would you describe yourself?

6' 5", washboard stomach, rippling muscles, long windswept blonde hair, chiseled features, and piercing green eyes - but that would be really inaccurate.

Ya know, maybe it's just me, but I was just listening to the news on TV, and I heard the anchor say...

"A bus driver is being credited with quick thinking, when she saved a first grader who was choking on the school bus"

By the time I got into the room, the blurb was over, so I don't know what they were talking about. Do you know?
