There might be a grain or two of truth to Hambali's statement regarding the bombs. One the Taliban's websites (now defunct) was www.muslimthai.com/taliban before it went to jwebs.com (now defunct). OPINION: Taliban & Al Qaeda seem to be spread out around the world -- looking for those soft spots, I suspect.
