A Schwarzenegger loss is better. Bustamante winning would be an unfortunate side effect.

It, though, can be addressed.

A Schwarzenegger victory cannot be understood outside the context of the Bloomberg Mayoral victory in NYC. The Republican standard begins to be redefined in ways not conducive to conservatism.

Bloomberg has been better for NY then the Dem would have been. Period. He may not be a good mayor, but he was the lesser of two evils, and he still is. Arnold, on the other hand, is far more conservative then Bloomberg. Wake up and smell the coffee.
