Somebody's lying. Darrell said that Tom would not spoil this and Tom is being stubbornNo one's really lying, it's parsing words. McClintock says he's not going to be a spoiler. One could view it as him thinking that it's Arnold who's the spoiler, and he wouldn't consider himself a spoiler at all.
To: Lauratealeaf
I wish Sean would have asked him about the promise he made to Issa.

Hey man,
Can you get a screen capture of Arnold's two minute closing statement?
When you see Arnold's neck, you won't believe the makeup job. I was mesmerized so much that I missed his words.
Maybe hole_n_one can post a pic if you can't.

Issa will endorse Schwarzenegger tomorrow morning, according to FNC/Alan Colmes.

The leader isn't considered to be a "spoiler" ... no matter how much Tom wants to twist it.

Tom McClintock

He keeps quoting the LA Times poll...sigh. Saying "solid momentum"...
Tom's definitely liberal when he defines the word "momentum".

Sean is tired. He realizes that Tom doesn't "get it"..... His radio show should be interesting tomorrow.

Why should Tom quit right now?
He performed best in the debate. Let's see where he and Arnold stand in the polls after this weekend, after the debate and its impacts have had a chance to materialize.
What is he supposed to say, "Oh yeah, vote for me but I may withdraw"? He is running to win. And a "no comment" or ducking the issue would be immediately declared as the same.
And I still believe that if he is clearly behind a few days before the election, that he will make a statement to the effect that he understands if his supporters need to move to Arnold to insure a Republican wins, even though he will not withdraw.(or something to that effect)
BTW, am I the only one who can't stand the lame 60's music in that Hummer commercial with the go-carts?
To: Brian S
McClintock is fueled by pure ego! He KNOWS he can't win this yet he is in it all the way. A real team player - NOT!

Look at the statments Issa made about what Tom promised him. I believe Issa. Tom no longer has ANY credibility. Frankl;y, I would never vote for him for any office. I've reached that point.

The problem with Tom is he is out for the people, not for the spend happy politicians in both parties. It proves many people want an idol to worship, not a man who can actually do the job.
