Well, if he drops out that's 'the end,' in a manner of speaking.
Clinton sure did change the political landscape, huh?

(I'm voting for Arnold. McClintock doesn't deserve my vote!)
To: B Knotts
And he did make the offer to McClintock, which I thought was classy It's not an offer. McClintock is a State Senator already. Any Govenor of course will be working with him.

I've admitted before on this board that I voted for Ross.Interesting... I've noticed that many Perot voters are going with Arnold.

A Schwarzenegger win is the worst possible outcome.I missed all the pros of having Governor Bustamante...could you enlighten me?
To: BunnySlippers
The largest Republican organization in the state, the California Republican Assembly, endorsed McClintock by an over two thirds margin.
Arnold got the Log Cabin Club.

Jimmy Carter knew facts. Al Gore knew facts. Mike Dukakis knew facts.
Meanwhile, guys like the Gipper and Dubya know what they want within broad principles - and succeed via leadership and management skill.

I've noticed that many Perot voters are going with Arnold. Seems to be a trend.

Interesting... I've noticed that many Perot voters are going with Arnold. I guess they don't want to repeat their mistake.

That's their pre-detrmined schtick. One trick pony stuff.

I guess they don't want to repeat their mistake. Nah, just cognitive dissonance.

He's not fit to be governor, IMO. Problem is, neither is Schwarzenegger. Big Boy Boosty neither either.

(Vote Mcclintock, elect bustamante)
To: FairOpinion
When Dem chairman Art Torres and Colmes keep pushing McClintock, with Art Torres saying on H&C that "McClintock was the star of the debate", that alone should clue in his supporters. Excactly. It's a way of degrading Arnold's standing without appearing to be mean about it.
To: tallhappy
But I get it. A Schwarzenegger win is the worst possible outcome.
We disagree on Arnold vs Tom, but please, the worst possible outcome is Davis winning the recall and California having to re-pay Davis for all his campaign.

Arnold got the Log Cabin Club.
And Jim Brulte, and David Drieir, and the Lincoln Club, and... Though you did miss another supporter of Tom. There's Rev. Sheldon's group.
