I guarantee that the Federal Judge here has an unlisted number, so he's never been bothered by telemarketers.

Actually, I DID handle my problem at the state level (Texas), and I get less than 5 calls a month.

No, the judge ruled it belonged in the jurisdiction of the FCC rather than the FTC.
