There is no more media savvy candidate.Of all candidates for public office in this great nation (or do you just mean California?), Schwarzenegger is at the top of the heap? Will you please tell us your criteria for evaluating these tens of thousands of candidates, your evidence of Schwarzenegger's superiority, and your evidence of their inferiority so we can substantively evaluate the accuracy of your claim?
I am beginning to suspect that Schwarzenegger's supporters have no real evidence beyond their own emotional opinions. Resorting to hyperbole is usually a solid indicator of emotion overtaking reason.

I don't think the statement "there is no more media-savvy candidate [than Arnold]" is hyperbole.
It's obvious to me that the poster was referring to the California recall candidates. This isn't a thread about Oregon elections or national elections.
Who among the recall candidates is more media savvy? I mean, if you're saying the above statement was "hyperbole," you must have some in mind who are MORE so.
Not that it much matters, given that the candidate whom (I infer) you prefer over Arnold is probably not as "media-savvy." Hard to say, because I don't know what's meant by "savvy," and Tom's pretty sharp with the media, esp. talk radio.

Do some of you realize how much of this you already stated about Pres Bush in 2000 from the Keyes camp even after the convention? All I have to do is close my eyes and insert Bush for Arnold and I see the same crap being posted! Never forget being told that if Bush dropped out Keyes could beat Gore!
Your spin is not working!
