Brian,

Do you go around posting every bit of bad economic news you can find?

This is the second one in a row.

The reality of the recovery is you better be willing to work a lot harder and longer and take a cut in pay to keep you job.

Eventually a lot of these unemployed are going to lose their unemployment. Then what? Are all of them going to live in the street or at the local Rescue Mission?

A lot of these forevergone jobs are blue collar jobs. Illegal aliens are soaking up many millions of blue collar jobs that "no American wants".

Wanna maka bet there are a lot of Americans that would take those jobs, even now? Probably a lot of unemployed white-collar workers as well as unemployed blue collar workers would take a lot of these paying jobs (some well paying) just to survive.

Also, there are a lot of younger workers and teens who would gladly take these hard labor and seasonal jobs in the hopes of financailly surviving and even moving up. They could help feed their families and keep the economy going instead of most of the money siphoning out and going to Mexico and points south, east and west.

So, solving our illegal immigration problems would also solve a lot of our job problems, especially for those on the lower rungs of the ladder or the temporarily unemployed.

This is a huge ticking time bomb for President Bush and the GOP and they just refuse to see it! The Democrats will just successfully demogogue the issue once again. After all, they have the reputation as "the Party of jobs", which they mouth to every available camera! A lot of their propaganda is going to stick, at least until Hitlery gets in office. Then who cares?

... tick... tick... tick...
