Work all day (24/7) - both husband & wife - no time for the kids, eat meals on the run (no more family meal time), decreased prospects of moving up financially, and higher costs of education for the kids with little hope for having life better than you. The dust bowl may yet become the new reality.

Everyone is already doing that and have been doing that for a long time just to keep up with their rising utility costs, property tax costs to support illegals, and state tax hikes across the board in many States.
