Take your kids to a pro skateboarding expo. Like most pro sports, the skill levels are amazing, but the athletes and sponsors treat the fans like gold. A buddy of mine at work ( a 50 yr old, hard core football fan) tooks his kids to a local expo and his exact words, " paid $40 for all 4 of us to get in, walked away with about $60 in free shirts, stickers, goodies and stuff, and every last one of the pros treated my kids great". Just like music, the more you pay, the less its worth.Striesand or elton John, $75-$100 bucks, unknown local blues player........... $10 cover.
