I'm saving this thread with all these wonderful sentiments too as we have someone gravely ill in our family and we may need reminding of how to cope with the pain soon enough. Prayer ping. Thanks in advance for praying for the needs of this family.
SunnyUsa-your family will be in my prayers.

I'm giving thanks that the Lord has given a chunk of his Father's blessed sensitivity and writing talent to Michael.
The rare magnificence of a male sufficiently secure in his manhood to be free to weep or mourn or grieve openly is not only refreshing but stunningly exemplary. That the example has borne fruit is readily evidenced here.
May the Comforter do his work in each of you even as one knows He will comfort others with that which your wounds have produced.

Thank you for your kind words, I am indeed proud of my children. I am blessed that they possess the best of the gene pool, from both their mom and dad... ;)

I just want to thank those who were kind enough to say a prayer for Josh and his family. Your prayers mean so much. There is much need on this thread and I will be in prayer daily for all of you.

"I join in your prayer for SunnyUSA and the family!" I always remember how much we all prayed for your dear sister Alamo-Girl... that was a sad loss for all who cared about you and her.
Thank you so much for your kind thoughts and prayers for our terminally ill (cancer) relative. She's a young 53yrs old and her family is going to need alot of support from me I know - I'll be rereading this thread for strength when it's needed.

I will always be grateful for your prayers for my beloved sister!
Everyone in the family was encouraged by the loving concern during the ordeal and by the sharing of peace and joy when she graduated.
I'm very sorry your loved one is having to go through this also. She and you and all the family are in my prayers!
