As I understand it, if employees of the City engage in criminal conduct they are exempt from civil service protections and can be held personally liable for their actions.

Is there any plan to go after Debbie Reyes?

AFAIK Alan Autry acted in an honorable manner. How do you think this lawsuit affects his political prospects?

Mayor Autry was very much on our side, and hopefully this will not effect him at all, except to show he is on the side of citizen's exercising their rights to free speech.

Actually, we need to read Kenneth Timmerman's "Shake Down" and try to figure out
"What Would Jesse Do?"
in trying to extract the maximum amount of cash from Ms. Reyes and her fellow doofs.

Oh, plus shutting down the myopic cabal she heads.
(Translation for liberal lurkers: "myopic cabal" means the little hate group that
Ms. Reyes runs...and that apprently suffers from poor eyesight as they don't
know a hate group when they think they see one...)

I don't quite recall the U.S. Supreme Court case, but to paraphrase, "It can never be within duties of a public official to commit a crime."

When he changed his mind and decided to run for mayor again, all of the serious challengers dropped out.
