Please... ~Do not~ ping me to any more of your cartoon graphics..

They load very slowly on the 'my comments' page..

Most of us here at FR that have dial up connections are cursed by large scale graphics of any kind.

Especially during fund raising drives.. Hint, hint..
Is it really necessary to have the popups on the comment page?

RE: Stone

Is everyone being sarcastic? Or do people take Hollywood as the authority on matters of history?

I still labor under the misimpression of my recollections of that era. Silly me.

LBJ had no connection to the ilk of Bobby Baker, Billie Sol Estes? Even if he did have connections the idea that murder and assassination would be used as a means to cover up crime is preposterous. It's never been done and it will never be done. Else Professor Stone would have told us. He cares that we know the truth, that we stop believing our lying eyes. Way too far out to even consider it happening. How dare you, Barr McClellan!

Find the truth in Hollywood and those hundreds of other books, Barr McClellan!.

"So, you want to know, who killed the President and connived in the cover-up? Everybody! High officials in the CIA, the FBI, the Dallas constabulary, all three armed services, Big Business and the White House. Everybody done it. . . ." Time Magazine, Dec. 23, 1991, describing the thesis of "JFK"

RE: Posner

"I can find the answer in "Case Closed" 99 times out of 100."

Not 100 percent. Neither are voice stress analyzers. But.. I believe that Oswald was asked directly, did you shoot the president? According to one google hit,

"When Oswald was being held at the Dallas police station, he told reporters, "I didn't shoot anybody." The news tapes of Oswald's denial were examined by a researcher using the Psychological Stress Evaluator (PSE), which is a lie-detecting device that measures stress by voice stress analysis. The PSE has been shown to be reliable in several tests. It is used by hundreds of U.S. law enforcement agencies, and it is accepted as evidence in more than a dozen states. The PSE tests done on Oswald's denial indicate he was telling the truth "
